Cedrus Libani

Cedrus libani is a majestically giant cedar which creates a broad crown with tiered branches, a truly magnificent specimen. Cedrus is an evergreen conifer which is an RHS Award of Garden Merit winner, and it is easy to see how it won that award. In the winter barrel-shaped cones appear and the needles stick around all year. It absolutely needs space in order for it to grow to its full, magnificent potential and to be truly appreciated. Height 12m (39’3”) and spread 8m (26’2”).
